PPPPPS: If you have jittering camera at high FPS you should consider lowering it down, for example, even if I could run it easily at 144 FPS mode, it might cause me epilepsy, so I lowered it down to 120 and it so much better, also, if it is still jiterry sometimes, just go 99 and there will be no more problems. For some weird reason, 30 fps in a console racing games bothers me a lot less than it does on the PC. PPPPS: If you just input 144 FPS, there are no problems and the game will run smooth as butter! Im buying NFS: Rivals for my PS4 so Im not bothered about a 30 fps framerate in a console racer as long as it is a silky-smooth 30 fps like PGR 3 and PGR 4 on the Xbox 360. Right click the shortcut, go to properties and copy this in to the end of the target area: This will force the game to run at 60fps without running at double speed. Right click the executable file of NFS Rivals (called NFS14.exe) and create a shortcut. PPPS: If you previously owned the Origin version and now the Steam one as well, make sure you input the settings to both of them. So much better even with the snags at 60fps than at 30fps. You accelerate and the car moves but the camera wont. PPS: If you input 300 in Origin and don't close it down and let it be started by Steam, you might see about 200 FPS, but at the same time the camera won't follow you.
